What we collect

Guild staff: the email and name from the Google account used to sign in. Guild members: the data in files staff export from the game, such as character name, class, points and online status, plus anything members enter when they register.

How we use it

Only to build lineups, track activity attendance and calculate scores within the guild. We do not sell it or share it with third parties.

How long we keep it

Export files are kept for up to 90 days. When a guild expires and is not renewed, all of its data is deleted on the schedule shown on the site.
